Annual Homeowners Meeting:
The Annual Meeting of the McBride Hills Association will take place January 27, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Bradfordville Community Center.
Architectural Review Committee:
Major changes to Homeowners' homes and property are required to be reviewed by the Architectural Review Committee. Please contact one of the members of the Board of Directors for more information. See articles VI and VII of the McBride Hills Homeowners Association Covenants.
Trash and Brush:
Trash and brush should not be allowed to accumulate on homeowners' property — especially at the street. Please contact one of the members of the Board of Directors for more information. See article XVII of the McBride Hills Homeowners Association Covenants.
Street Lights:
If you notice a street light is out near your home, please contact the city at (850) 891-4968 to place a service request. They will need information including the nearest street address.
Neighborhood Safety and Security Concerns:
Contact a member of the Board of Directors or the Leon County Sheriff's Office at (850) 922-3300.
